Special edition of the show and fundraising for shelter in Snihurivka

Together with his team, Zhenia travelled to Mykolaiv region, where he filmed a special edition of ‘20:23’ about education in the Snihurivka community, in particular the history of Snihurivka Lyceum No. 3. This is the only school in the area that was lucky enough to survive. The others were destroyed by the Russians, who occupied Snihurivka back in March 2022. It was only in November 2022 of that year that the dream came true — the town was liberated by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The heroes of the episode were Ms. Viktoriia, the director of the local school that was destroyed by the Russians, and Ivan, a student at Lyceum No. 3.

As part of the “Back to School” campaign, Yevhen raised 1.5 million UAH in three days for the lyceum.
