The way you process your personal data depends on how you use the website and interact with it. Some information is provided directly, while other information is processed using automated technologies.

1.1. Legal basis of processing.

In the event of a visit to the SAVED website processes your personal data if:

• ICF SAVED  received your informed consent for such processing;

• if your personal data is required by the ICF SAVED to provide services;

• or in cases where the ICF SAVED  has a legitimate interest in processing your personal data, and this legitimate interest does not outweigh your interest in protecting data or your fundamental rights and freedoms.

In some cases, the Foundation may have a legal obligation to process your personal data or process your personal data to form, implement or protect legal claims.

Types of data that process the ICF SAVED :

• contact details (name, last name, e-mail address, phone number);

• technical data (IP address, type and version of the browser, operating system, location information);

• details of using the website (visited pages, duration of stay, method of visit, time of visit).

1.2. Access to the website.

Foundation processes information when you provide it directly with the ICF SAVED via a website when you donate, order a product or visit a website.

1.2. Mechanisms of automated processing. 

ICF SAVED and SAVED Service providers also uses automated information processing technologies for information processing in some website sections. SAVED ICF uses cookies for the storage of content and settings that allow the ICF SAVED to process standard information that your browser sends to certain websites you visit, for example, your IP address, type, and language of the browser, as well as a site, from which you have crossed, as well as the pages you attend and links you click on the website.

ICF SAVED uses personal data received and processed from the Website to process donations and provide information and reports.

2.1. Requests on the Website. 

ICF SAVED uses the information received and processed from the Website to respond to visitors’ requests. The foundation does not sell, rent, lease, trade, or otherwise transfer visitors’ personal data to the Website, except for the cases provided for in this Privacy Policy. When you provide SAVED ICF with your personal information or otherwise sign up to receive emails from SAVED, SAVED ICF will use this information to send you these communications. Individuals may “opt out” of receiving email communications using links in their emails.

2.2 Data storage.

In cases where SAVED ICF acts as the controller (owner) of data, for example, when SAVED ICF uses personal data for its own independent SAVED ICF purposes, SAVED ICF will store your data for the period of time necessary to achieve the goals. for which such personal data was primarily processed, or for which permission for such processing was subsequently obtained, and in accordance with applicable legislation.

SAVED ICF confirms that you have the right to access your personal data and manages your requests in cases where it is necessary.

3.1. You have the following rights:

• you can request access, correction, update or deletion of your personal data collected while using the Website;

• you can request additional information regarding the purposes of the processing of your personal data by SAVED ICF; types of personal data processed by the SAVED ICF; places of primary collection of personal data of the SAVED ICF; subjects to whom the SAVED ICF provides access to personal data; and the period of storage of personal data by SAVED ICF;

• you can object to the processing of your personal data, request from SAVED ICF to limit the processing of your personal data, or request the transfer of your personal data;

• you have the right at any time to refuse the messages sent to you by SAVED ICF; you can do this by clicking on the “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” link located in the e-mails that SAVED ICF sends you, including the SAVED ICF newsletter. In cases where SAVED ICF collects and processes your personal data based on your informed consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. However, the withdrawal of your consent will not affect the legality of any processing of personal data carried out by SAVED ICF before your withdrawal of consent, nor will it affect the processing of your personal data, which is carried out on the basis of other than informed consent legal grounds for personal data processing ;

• upon your request and if it is technically possible, SAVED ICF will provide you with a copy of your personal data or transfer it directly to another controller (owner). You have the right to file a complaint about the collection and use of your personal data with a supervisory authority for the protection of personal data. To make a request, please send an email to SAVED ICF at info@saved.foundation with “Personal Data Request” in the subject line and provide SAVED ICF with full details of your request, including your contact information and any other details, which you find relevant. SAVED ICF International Financial Institutions will respond to a request for access within 30 days of receiving such a request regarding personal data stored by SAVED ICF International Financial Institutions, or if SAVED ICF International Financial Institutions is unable to provide such data within the specified period, SAVED ICF International Financial Institutions will notify you about it and will explain the reason for the delay.

You may also have other rights provided for by the legislation applicable to the relationship.

3.2. Identity verification requirement.

In accordance with the legislation, SAVED ICF is obliged to verify that any submitted request was sent by a person with a legal right to access the data. Therefore, before providing any information in accordance with a personal data subject’s request for access to such data, SAVED ICF may ask you to provide SAVED ICF with additional information so that SAVED ICF can confirm your identity and legal authority.

Cookies necessary for the website to function properly may be set without your permission. All other cookies must be approved before they can be set in the browser.

In certain cases, SAVED ICF may be obliged to disclose personal data in response to legitimate requests of state authorities, including for the purpose of ensuring national security or at the request of law enforcement agencies. SAVED ICF reserves the right to disclose your personal data in accordance with the law and when SAVED ICF in good faith believes that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights of SAVED ICF and/or for the purpose of conducting legal proceedings, complying with a court order or carrying out a legal process initiated in relation to the SAVED ICF.

You have the right to report privacy-related complaints to a national data protection supervisory authority.
