Thanks to the support of our Lithuanian partners — the Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid Foundation, the Central Project Management Agency (CPVA), and the National Agency for Education of Lithuania (NAE) — we are implementing a comprehensive project in Odesa region, in Velykodolynska community, titled “Improving the Quality of Education for Students in Ukraine”.
More than 600 students from local educational institutions, through the catchUP programme as well as STEM and ART tracks, are improving their knowledge of history, English, mathematics, and Ukrainian language, while also developing creative engineering and artistic skills through classes in 3D modelling, robotics, chemistry, engineering, drawing, improvisational theatre, music-making, and vocal circles.
Children in Odesa region are also able to learn and socialise safely in a comfortable school shelter built by Lithuanian partners and the European Union.
